UPS Next Day Air: Delivered by 10:30 a.m. the next business day or by the end of the day (typically between 3:00 p.m. and 4:30 p.m.).
Please note: Once a package has been shipped, if the carrier delays the delivery for any reason, we cannot refund the shipping cost.
Carrier delivery times are only estimates and may be delayed due to weather, carrier issues, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
How long will it take to get my order?
All orders are shipped Monday through Saturday. Processing takes 10 business days. Delivery time varies based on your location, shipping carrier, and selected shipping method.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us immediately so we can update the address before your package ships. Once an order has left our facility, the shipping address cannot be changed. If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may request a replacement to the correct address or a refund.
Can I track my package?
Yes. Natural & Brown uses USPS and UPS for deliveries. If you have your tracking number, simply enter it on the carrier’s tracking page.

How can I find my tracking number?
A tracking number and order updates are sent to the email address provided at checkout. If you did not provide an email, please contact us at info@naturalandbrown.com with the first and last name associated with your order.
