Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it— unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at info@naturalandbrown.com. The buyer is responsible for shipping fees on returned items. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. You will have 5 days after receiving the return label to ship the item(s). Products sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Once a refund is issued, please allow up to 10 business days for the payment to appear back on your credit card.
Incorrect Items:
If you receive an incorrect item(s), please contact info@naturalandbrown.com with a photo of the item so we can replace it for you.
Damaged Products:
If a product arrives damaged, please contact info@naturalandbrown.com with a photo of the damaged product to receive a replacement.
Undeliverable Orders:
If an item is undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, or if the customer rejects a delivery (“return to sender”), the carrier will return the item(s) to us. In this case, the customer may request a replacement with the correct address or request a refund.
